So trying to plan my 2 days in Iguazu, I will arrive the first day around 11:00 am (which is kinda late), then the 2nd day will be a full day and I will fly the 3rd day early.
I want to visit both sides of the fall and I understand that the Argentinian side needs more time to explore than the Brazilian, I also want to visit the bird park in Brazil. So I have 2 scenarios, not sure which is better in the time frame I have:
Scenario 1:
Day 01: Arrive around 11:00 am, and head to the Brazilian side, explore the falls and the bird park
Day 02: Full day to spend on the Argentina side.
Scenario 2:
Day 01: Arrive around 11:00 am, and head to the Argentina side
Day 02: Head to the Brazilian side, explore the falls and the bird park, head back to the Argentina side to visit more parts
The first scenario seems more reasonable to me but since I will arrive at Puerto Iguazu at 11:00, I am not sure if I will have enough time to cross the border and visit the falls and the park
What do you guys think?

Scenario one works fine. you may want to arrange a driver in advance with your accommodation. Either to pick you up, take you to the hotel and check you in, dump your bags and then on to the Brazilian falls or straight to the falls. either is fine although personally, I would prefer the former. depending on which passport you hold, do check the visa situation, as I believe some nationalities require a visa in advance.
