cartagena in october?
My daughters and I have used miles to go to colombia in october. we envisioned cartagena and relaxing on a beach. I finally got to the bookstore and read that october is the rainiest month and it sounds like we are making a mistake.
any ideas if this is true or should we be making different choices? thanks for the help!
