Airport Transfers in Argentina
My husband and I are traveling for the first time to Argentina late October. Our itinerary has us arriving BA, then a day later traveling to Iguazzu Falls , then Mendoza and then back to BA. Is it easy to just get taxis from the airports to the towns or should we try to arrange transfers- with tour companies or ? private drivers?.

There are private cars that you can take called a Remiss.
They have stands IN the airport (EZE) .. I like VIP and there is also World Car and then there are the private drivers. Fred at Silver Star .. http://www.silverstarcar.com/
He speaks English and he is very nice and very professional.
Do Not take a taxi from the curb at the airport. Really, don't .. not safe.

It is VERY easy to get a taxi at the airport in Argentina, no need for a car service; just make sure to go to the taxi counter/kiosk first-- as mentioned by Scarlett, do not just take one from the curb or go with someone that approches you.

These is the website of the taxis suggested by krgystn: http://www.taxiezeiza.com.ar/
Only take transportation which can be PREPAID at an official-looking counter.
Have a great time in our country.
