2 days in Santiago before cruise. Any itInerary ideas?
My wife and I are going on an Antarctic cruise departing from Santiago. We arrive at 6am and have another full day after that before flying out to Puente Arenas at noon the third day. Any suggestions since we've never been to Chile. Leaving in 2 weeks. Also, any private guide leads?

Santiago is not the most entrancing city in South America. if it were me I would head to Valparaiso - see our blog @ https://accidentalnomads.com/categor...america/chile/ . Fortunately it is very easily accessible form Santiago airport so easy enough to organise.
