I would just tell them what flight you are coming on and the ETA for that flight.

Yes, I leave this week. I know it is cooler, it is butt-hot and humid in NYC right now. 60-some degrees is dreamy.

Cherrybomb, would love to head your trip report. We are headed to BA in December. If you found a car service that worked out nicely, would love to know the name.

Cherrybomb, I'd love to know how the apartment you rented turned out - am considering one with the same agency.

Hi Tara: we stayed in the Fitz Roy apt through www.apartmentsinba.com. The apt was great. It had a full bath + powder room which was aces for us; the extra bath made getting out the door super fast, ok super fast considering the source. Bed was comfy and location was good. As was the heat, which we needed as it was cool at night in August. Everything was in working order and I would highly recommend. It also has a washer/dryer combo which is hard to come by. Close to a lot of restaurants and the subte was a 5 min walk. There was a nice wine store around the corner and 2 grocery stores nearby, not that we were cooking or anything, but could grab bottled water and whatever fast.
