Cabo San Lucas
Has anyone stayed at the Hotel Riu Santa Fe or any other all inclusive resorts? The Santa Fe looks pretty nice but I was wondering if anyone had any problems there or suggested anywhere else that was a nice all inclusive resort. A comfortable king size bed and decent food are always appreciated.
Thanks!
Thanks!

I was in Cabo recently for the first time and had a great time. I know the location of the resort is out past the very end of Medano beach, about a 20 mins. walk along the beach, so a ways from downtown. Sorry don't know about all-inclusives, but I can tell you the restaurants in Cabo San Lucas were pretty fabulous!
I suggest you also post your question on the Trip Advisor CSL forum, lots of people who love & know the area well on that board.

I had a day-pass, at Riu My friends were staying there (I live in San Jose del Cabo), I found everything including food and accomodations very good, and everyone very friendly...You will get a decent bed and good food.....Just stay away from the ocean!!!!

Nothing's wrong with the ocean at Cabo It isn't dirty, but it's too rough in some places for safe swimming. The terrain is kinda of wild with lots of dramatic rock formations, etc.
Comparing Cabo San Lucas to Puerto Vallarta is a challenge because they are completely different places. Not really much in common except they are both gorgeous, with friendly people, and a great place to vacation.
Cabo is at the tip of a desert peninsula, while PV is situated within a large bay surrounded by lush jungles and mountains. Cabo is a lot smaller and less developed, with the downtown area pretty much a regular Mexican town, and the tourists stick pretty much to the Marina, Medano beach, and "the Corridor". Vallarta is better integrated between locals and tourists.
needsun~ If you have specific questions feel free to ask. Happy to answer if I can. suze
