A/C needed in MA? Hotel recommendations??

Hey All,
I'm trying to make sime final decisions on a hotel in MA. Narrowed it down to Villas Nicolas, Si Como No, and Costa Verde II. Any recommendations? Will we need A/C? The Costa Verde II does not have AC- otherwise this would be my first pick! Thoughts/suggestions??

Why not get a Studio Plus at Costa Verde? The rooms are huge and the balcony is terrific. I can't say whether you really need AC because heat doesn't really bother me a lot.

I'm generally an A/C fanatic. But when we were in MA a few weeks back in the end of November it was mild at night, not too hot at all. We had A/C in our hotel, but we would have been ok w/out it.

What time of year are you going? I know if May at Costa Verde I ended up turning mine off as it ran too cold and I was fine without it.

We'll be in MA the week of Feb 24th and we're from New England so we're use to slightly colder temperatures. How hot is it around the end of Feb? Is it humid or dry heat?

I stayed at the Costa Verde some years ago in Feb. w/o AC and had to check out because I couldn't handle the humidity.
It was a great room but I just couldn't sleep at night...there was no relief.
