What's the weather like??????

What's the weather like in early to mid-November in Argentina/Brazil/Chile? I realize that this is covering quite a large territory with equally large climatic variations; however, I will be taking a 16 day smarTours South American tour which sadly eliminates many of the extremes. I would really like to hear from anyone who can give me some suggestions.
I am seriously trying not to bring too much with me.
Thanks!

Hot! You may get some chilly nights in Chile or Argentina if you are going to the mountains or to the Andes. Bring summer clothes and a light jacket, just in case. It is also the rainy season, but it usually rains only late in the afternoon and it lasts about half an hour or one hour.

Good luck!

Thanks for your info. I am beginning to get excited. Just picked up my (very expensive) Brazilian visa. By the way, for anyone picking up a visa in the NYC office, they will only accept payment by post office money order. I don't think that they mentioned this in their instructions.
