Wow, incredible pictures. Any of these could be in a magazine showing the beauty of CR. If you're not a pro photographer you should be. Thanks for sharing!
btw - where are the snake/iguana pics from?

thanks cykelly for mentioning about the camera, I went back and looked and found it at the bottom. (though even if I were to get the same camera I doubt my pics would come out this great).
Robin, again, thanks for sharing, incedible quality.

Thanks everyone ,
After a few years with the Canon 10D , it finally occured to me that the image quality would never equal that of my EOS 3 ,so to try to get close, using the fastest shutter speeds with the smallest apertures and then flash on top of that when no tripod is available , which there wasn't for this trip.Wish I had one though. That's the only way for full control if you've got the time and patience. Most of the pictures were doubled and blended with a little blur in photoshop, which adds that nice deep, warm, saturation. It's irresistible to me.E-mail if you'd like the details. The Boa/Iguana dance came to me when a local saw me with my camera and wanted to show me something very exciting , so through a kitchen and into that very natural setting ,small waterfall, shrubs etc...
A very nice place for a ambush indeed. That was Drake Bay on the Osa.
Thanks again
