Villas Caletas is a romantic place ...with some great views...but one problem is ...that you will be far from everywhere...Jaco restaurants about 25 minutes...

Tulemar is close to all the good restaurants in Manuel Antonio...well close if we are comparing...Caletas and Tulemar...

Hopefully you are talking about Villas Caletas in the way to JAco...up in hill!!

R.A Luis

Just buckle up and enjoy the ride in paradise!!

They are in 2 different areas, so hard to compare not knowing what you're looking for. If you're looking to get away, very few people, etc then Villa Caletas would be a nice choice but if you want to be in Manuel Antonio then Tulemar would be fine (even though personally I feel they are over-priced).

lol, I can't randomly tell you. What are you looking for? To do? To see? These 2 places are about an hour apart and really offer 2 different stays, it would really depend on what you are looking for.

If you want to be in MA area then scratch Villa caletas. For luxury resorts, there are many to choose from....
Tulemar
Como Si No
Issimo Suites
Gaia (might be adults only)
Arenas del Mar (not sure if this is open yet)

thanks. i actually did decide to scratch villa caletas because a reservations person sent one of my emails to the concierge to respond to and ha-ha'd my question of whether breakfast is included. i saw that because the concierge sent me the whole email including that. not good.
