Tulemar or Los Suenos

Deciding on an April vacation with my husband and 10 yr old daughter. Love Tulemar location, beach, etc. Wondering if Los Suenos might be better for child - pool, beach, more resort-y. Would have to do 2 hour drive to Manuel Antonio, but shorter trip back to airport on way home. Help!

Tulemar is fantastic - that would be my pick. They have a great beach and a pool as well, plus lots of wildlife like monkeys and sloths on site. There's tons to do in the area and no long drive to the national park.

That's great - I hope you love it. Which villa/bungalow did you reserve?

Not much available unfortunately for Easter week! We were able to get a standard room. Tried to get Villa Mot-Mot which I know you've spoken so highly of, but it was booked.

Oh, yes, you're lucky to get something for Easter week. I think some people must reserve these places a year ahead of time. When we stayed there, we got moved to three different rooms just so we could stay there. They probably already told you, but they assign you a concierge which makes things really easy. You can use them as much or as little as you want, but they'll help you book things, make reservations and recommendations, even stock the frig for you. I wish you lots of monkey sightings.
