Routes & distances, web site

Ciao,
for Argentina & Chile is it available a web site (similar to Mapquest, Viamichelin..) to use to define itineraries by car and related distances?

Grazie, ciao.

I do not know, but if you need any info about the NW on distances and driving time, just ask...

Grazie Giena,

three questions:
- from Ushuaia to El Calafate
- from Bariloche to Chiloe and back
- from Bariloche to Trelew

how long are these routes by car? Roads are paved? Time ..?

We plan to visit Patagonia etc. in Jan. 2009; on top of the above trips by car we should take planes for BA to Ushuaia, El Calafate to Bariloche and Trelew to BA.

Grazie again, arrivederci.

Gianni P.

This site might be of help:-

http://www.ruta0.com/rutas_argentinas.asp

It's a bit temperamental, but it does work and it does produce printable maps and I think it also tells you whether the road has a surface or not.
Good luck

Gianni: I'm afraid Flintstones said "about the NW".

That Ruta 0 website is reasonably good. I have used it.

Have a great time in our country.

Arrivederci.

Unfortunately neither Google nor Mapquest have anything, beside the one provided by Ruta0, you may use also the one provided by Welcome Argentina
