restaurants in Costa Rica

Does anyone have a receommendation of a great, fun restaurant for family (teens) that is not to be missed in Arenal and Manuel Antonio?

Thanks for all your great ideas.

For a nice meal, Karolas in MA can't be beat. We also like Blue Marlin (slow service) for happy hour and fried calamari.
El Avion was a fun bar, don't know about food.
Skip Grand Escape in Quepos. Everybody was raving about it, so we decided to check it out. It's basically a hamburger joint with filthy bathrooms.
Rico Tico at Si Como No is also a nice place...

Arenal Kioro has really good food. It's an oudoor restaurant w/ a great view of the volcano. It's not fancy but they have good pastas and seafood. The pasta carbonara seems to be a favorite w/ many people.

We ate at El Avion in MA and really liked it! Our 20 yo son said it was his favorite restaurant in CR!
