PV in Oct with 2 year old - help with accommodations!

I am looking for a place in PV in early October for 2 adults with one 2 year old child. Most important is child friendly! I read about several places. One is Grand and Club Marival (all inclusive). Has anyone stayed there? I've not read a single review but from the pictures and description, it appears nice and very child friendly (kids pool, playground for toddlers, etc). Please send recommendations for resorts that enjoy toddlers if you've not stayed at this one. I need to book soon. Thanks!

Thanks for your response! So - you recommend Camino Real over Club Marival? Have you been to Grand and Club Marival or do you just have a good experience with Camino Real?

You might like to book someplace with a kitchenette or a frig since you're traveling with a child??

No specific resort experience (I stay at small Mexican run hotels when in PV) BUT local people are very family-oriented & extremely kid-friendly, generally speaking! Just thought I'd throw that in.

no have never been to an all inclusive in P. Vallarta yet am going in November will be our first experience with an all inclusive. Yes I do recommend the Camino Real although we didn't go with any children it did seem very child friendly. remember I did go in November I don't know if that was in season or not I don't think it was. Ask your travel agent about the childrens club there. I don't want to change your mind if you were going with Club Marival I don't know anything about it
really. Good luck.
