Suze - I don't think it's necessarily about being more careful where you eat. Everyone's system works a little differently and some people are more prone to getting sick than others. I (we) got sick in Acapulco first time we went about 9 years ago. I am pretty sure I can trace it to the salad we ate at dinner. Since then, I avoid eating salad in Mexico.
