Riviera Maya, going for Honeymoon in March.
What would be your comments on Riu Palace, Aventura Palace, Secrets, royal Hideaway, and Paradisus.
We are looking for close good beach, impressive accomodations, convinient location, and classy atmosphere.
Thank you very much,
Lena

We stayed at the RIU for our honeymoon in Playa del carmen and it was a dream. You will be very excited. The water is perfect the service is great and the views were wonderful. Bring some champagne with you so you can take it down to the beach under a palm tree and share it with your honey...I can't wait till my wife and I go back..Have fun!!

I was wondering if anyone has stayed here recently. We stayed at the RIU Palace Mexico last spring and are considering staying there again in March. It looks like they made some changes since last time. New restaurant - Sir Edwards?? It also says there is 24 hour food and beverage service - does this mean they now have room service? I was wondering if anyone stayed there recently and knows what the changes are. How is the new restaurant? Thanks.
