Leaving in two weeks

Getting excited to take my 2nd trip to Costa Rica. My 15 year old daughter is going to a camp through Adventures Cross-Country which will include Spanish classes, community service, rafting, surf camp and hiking. I didn't feel comfortable with her flying solo (hehe) so we decided to fly with and have our own separate vacation..Here's my itinerary and will write a review when we get back. Oh, and I kind of messed up on the itinerary because I made a mistake on the dates of my daughters trip so it's not as smooth as I'd hoped. Already have been to Peace Lodge so decided to go to Selva Verde. So had to add in a couple nights after we pick her up. If anyone has recommendations I'd love to hear them. Thanks in advance!

Flying out of Northern Ca - red eye - will arrive at 5:30 am and go to hotel to sleep, then drop daughter off at the airport in the evening to meet her group
Night 1-2 - Orchideas Inn
fly to Osa
Night 3 -5 - Iguana Lodge
Nigh 6-8 - BDC (second visit!! ))
Fly back to SJ
Night 9 -Casa Bella Rita
drive to Pureto Viejo
Night 10- 13 - Banana Azul
Night 14 - Tortuguero - Luguna Lodge
Back to SJ
Night 15 - Casa Bella Rita
Pick up Daughter at airport
Night -16 -Selva Verde Lodge
Night 17 - Buena Vista
Fly Home

On the Osa Peninsula, you could visit one of the local Sea Turtle conservation projects. A good one to visit that is not far from BDC is at Playa Piro.

Bring your rain gear and your rubber boots, it's been raining daily.

It looks like a great trip. Can't wait to hear about all the details when you get back. Have fun!

Jaguarman, did you see that someone on another post is looking for a Corcovado guide? Not sure if you've seen it yet.
