Last Mexico City Hotel Question ...
I promise. I am now staying two nights at The Red Tree House (only two nights it was available). Then four nights at Gran Ciudad in Centro Histórico. I am now determining between Hotel Villa Condesa or Marquis Performa for final three nights. Thanks.

I don't know Villa Condesa, except from their website and knowing the general area of Condesa/Roma. It does look really nice. But I'm thinking that since you've already stayed in Condesa at Red Tree, had colonial ambiance at Gran Hotel, so why not go luxury at Marquis Reforma? It's not like Roma is very far from Reforma, should that area not be to your liking. Be sure to do a trip report whatever you decide. For us, we usually stay in Roma/Condesa, but next trip I think we'll stay in centro. If only for 3 nights. I don't think you can go wrong either way.

Hi Tom,
Following along as Mexico City is really having a moment! I’m curious as to why you are staying in three different areas instead of one and then Uber if or taking a taxi to sites and other neighborhoods. Is it simply for the various experiences or an evening/safety/walking home precaution?

I like the idea of staying in three completely different areas.
