How safe is Monserrat, in Buenos AIres
Hello, I know there are beautiful buildings from
the 19 th centure in Monserrat but I am wondering how safe it is today to walk around ( during the day? during the night?) ....or is it more advisable to go by taxi to a certain destination like
Prosciuto Restaurant and another to come back to the hotel?
