Hotel Nogaró in Buenos Aires...info please

Hello again my fellow fodorites! i'm planning a trip to Buenos Aires, and i would like some info on this hotel,Hotel Nogaró, http://www.nogarobue.com.ar/

It's location seems to be near Plaza de Mayo on Julio Argentino Roca 52. Hows that area?
if anyone has seen or heard of it? any first hand experience? Any and all info is appreciated.

thanks...

The hotel is in the downtown area, busy during the day and empty a night. Would I stay in the area with a family? No.

Have you checked the Barrio Norte/Recoleta? The area is nicer and more residential. A good option for a family would be an aparthotel, a combination of an apartment with the services of a hotel. In Barrio Norte, www.artsuites.com.ar is nice.

For a family of 4 my preference would be artsuites....the rooms are more spacious. Both are good choices and not far from each other in Barrio Norte. Artsuites is more like a modern apartment.....Belair is an older building refurbished into a hotel....one is contemporary, the other a "character" hotel.....
