hi everyone!

May have to start call you perk--percy+lurk

hip. . .enjoy your time at Bosque and good luck with the puma!

yep, cam, found some tile. Indoor and outdoor. . .just need to decide on shower/bathroom tile. Also countertop. I think we want tile countertops. I am not a big granite fan. . .at least not down here. I am really excited about the little colorful glass cubic inch tiles and thinking what a great table top they would make!

I'm not sure, birthday girl. Probably China! LOL
Seriously, though, I can just see a round wood table, hand crafted, with those little tiles inlaid in a pattern.

I'll bet you can probably get someone to craft one for you .... as though you don't have other projects,

The Turrialba area is known for the wood craftsmen, so yes, I think I can. Will probably have some furniture built as well. Not sure at what cost. Hopefully reasonable. They do beautiful work. It is just nice to know that there are so many things that we can take our time and do later once the house is built. I keep getting sidetracked thinking about those later things!

Love a rainy night! It is really pouring outside with sides of thunder and lightening. Nice.

Headed back to San Jose in the morning, flying back to states on Thursday a.m. We are ready to see grandchildren! Oldest granddaughter has a new puppy, Coco, so we have someone new to meet! She probably won't be quite so thrilled to come to Costa Rica with us now. LOL

Wonderful! Yep, birthday girls on the move, LOL!

Hip should be finishing up at BdC right about now. Know she hates to leave.

Are you doing a trip report? I've forgotten where you went! C.C? I wanna say Chaa Creek, but know that isn't right.

Welcome home! We are in the states now, seeing grandchildren, children (notice the order) and preparing to return with our 2 granddaughters.

Welcome home, Jill. You're headed right back down? Can I come too?? ;-)

V.G., so you have just returned from Belize? I'm very excited to hear about that!

No! I didn't see that! Okay, I've always suspected Miramar was a good place for pumas. We'll pose with him next year!

I kept thinking I'd call while in Tampa, but you know how that goes. 2 days flew by.

We are leaving at 1:30 today. Staying at Orquideas. Jim will drive to Playa Flamingo tomorrow. The girls and I are taking Sansa to Tamarindo. Should be interesting! LOL!

Stay in touch. Probably about time for K. to fly north.

LOL, we felt that way, too, when visiting Belize. Loved it there, though. Would go again in a heartbeat.

shillmac, yes, we did stay at Chaa. We loved it! Had a hard time deciding between there and Chan Chich. I know if I always follow in your footsteps we'll have a great trip! Trip report is up.
