Hello,
Does anyone know if it's possible to get from Quepos to Golfito(Puerto Jimenez) or vice-versa using one of the local flights on Sansa or NatureAir ? Is it possible to hire someone to drive us ? How long is the driving and is it costly ? I appreciate your response.

Oleg-Do you like to fish? I've gone from Quepos to Golfito by boat and fished all the way down--5-6 hours. Also saw whales, turtles, and dolhpins along the way. We used Travelair (now Nature Air) last year for travel from Quepos to Puerto Jiminez. They don't have any scheduled flights on that route but will allow their SJ - Puerto Jiminez flight to stop at Quepos and pick up passengers.

We have just returned from 3 weeks in CR. Part of our trip was on the Osa and yes, we flew on NatureAir from Quepos to Puerto Jimenez. No problem at all. Cost about $150 (round trip...we flew back from Puerto Jimenez to San Jose). While on the Osa we stayed at Iguana Lodge. Highly recommend it. Easy access from Puerto Jimenez but a world away.
