Four seasons Punta Mita : weather + distance from town
We are considering going to the FS Punta Mita at the end of May.
We have a one year old baby and want to relax on the beach...
We are OK to pay for the room but do not want ( ie cannot afford ) to eat there : can we walk to the town of Punta Mita ? or do we have to take a cab every time ?
What about the weather in May ? is it going to rain ?
Should we go to Cabo instead ? ( then which hotel ??? )
THANKS

How about going to Puerto Vallarta instead and staying in town? There are loads of great hotels, probably most all of them less expensive than the 4 Seasons!
I'm fairly certain town is walking distance but I think Punta Mita is pretty small, with just a few restaurants. Hopefully others with better experience will chime in.

With a one year old, it would be a long walk to town. It's quite a walk just to get off of the property. The town is still a "work in progress" as far as restaurants and shops go. I would second the notion of staying closer to P.V. Have you checked into Nuevo Vallarta?
