Flight prices to Costa Rica

I am flying to Costa Rica from DC this June for my honeymoon. I just saw tickets from United, a non-stop flight in a really convenient time of 9am (arriving at 12pm in San Jose) for $402.65. Is this a good price or should I wait because they are usually cheaper?

All I have seen so far was tickets for 1-stop flights through somewhere in FL at a pretty bad time (6-7am) hovering right around $420.

Please advise oh Costa Rica gurus!

Well I will not consider myself a guru - But - $400 is typically what we pay in Feb out of TN through Atlanta. Never checked for June.

Can you fly Delta, they have some really good deals right now?

Alinae, does that price of $402.65 include all taxes and fees? I paid $403 including all taxes and fees for tickets to fly San Diego to San Jose, Costa Rica, round trip, with one stop at Dallas. I just got the tickets before New Year's and they are for flights in June on American. My son's ticket was even less just because he's flying home on a Sunday...only $387 including taxes and fees for his ticket round trip.

Hi, I just bought three tickets for a March departure for 434.00 from onetravel.com. They are nonstop from Dulles to San Jose. I found cheaper flights 318.00 was the lowest on Orbitz or hotwire.com. But they were not nonstop. Hope this helps.

I would wait until the dust settles if you have time. The airlines are all restructuring their ticket prices. Fortunately they are going down.

I'm ot sure how LAX compares to DC. That being said, from LAX I have found consistent non-stop flights, including taxes, for $300. We are flying the beginning of June.
