Few hours in Puerto Limon
Hello
We are about to make a cruise that includes Puerto Limon, Costa Rica.
We will have a few hours there and we want to go for a walk and see how nice the area is. We are two marriages of around 75 years old, so sports or strenuous activities are not for us.
As in the past we appreciate the suggestions you can offer us.
Thank you.

I agree. Puerto Limon isn't a great place on the Caribbean coast. It's more of an industrial port town rather than a picturesque seaside place. There are beautiful areas nearby though. A cruise excursion is the way to go.

Thinking about our time on the Caribbean coast a couple months ago, we really enjoyed Cahuita National Park and the Jaguar Rescue center. The national park has easy trails and beautiful beaches- if you like to stroll rather than hike, this is a good option. And the Jaguar Rescue Center is a really neat center where they rescue and rehabilitate all sorts of animals. You can take a tour of the facility and it isn't strenuous at all. If the cruise offers excursions to either of these places, I would go for it.
