Credit Card Question

Does anyone know of a credit card that doesn't charge an international fee?

Do you mean a fee for money exchange? or a fee in general to use their card overseas?

I mean a fee for charging an item out of the country, usually 1 to 3%.

I don't have it, but my understanding is that Capital One doesn't charge an international conversion fee.
