CR flight?
Going to CR 1st time in Feb for a short stay (4 nights). We're meeting friends in Manuel Antonio who will be staying longer & going on from there.
Am wondering if it's realistic to land in San Jose airport at 2:30 & expect to catch Sansa 4:20 flight to Quepos that same afternoon. Has anyone done this? If not possible, what do you advise?
Thank you

Fairly easily done UNLESS your inbound
is delayed. If you miss it not likely
simply go in the next day. They are
very picky with baggage weight so be
careful there.Have Fun,

It's definitely possible, even likely, but not guaranteed. We had one trip where it took us three hours to get through customs, immigration, and baggage, just because several flights landed simultaneously. We've also had it take as little as half an hour. If it were me, I would probably take the risk.

It's a pretty decent chance you'll make it as long as your flight is on time. I'd pack carry-on only, that will save you time, and high tail it thru the airport to get to immigration before the crowd. When you get out of the airport just follow the sidewalk to the left and walk a couple blocks and you're there.

weekender convertible bag from www.ebags.com! It converted me from a 50 lb. bag to a 22 lb. bag.
