City tour operator in Quito?

I discovered that the Quito Visitors Bureau offers tours (http://www.quito.com.ec/index.php?op...172&Itemid=336) but I don't know how good the tours are or how reliable the Visitors Bureau is.
Has anyone taken any of these tours?

We were there last year, our tour guide was Lorena. She is very nice and knowledgeable and speaks excellent email. I forget what company she works for but she left us her email: [email protected] or [email protected] - I have posted my trip report on Fodors as well...

Thanks for the link to the visitor's bureau...I'm checking with them whether they offer these on Sundays. I've heard that a lot of things are closed on Sundays and I'm trying to figure out what to do that day.
