Casa Claudia Puerto Vallarta
Has anyone stayed here? I checked it out in May while we were in PV and thought it was beautiful. We were staying next door at the Hotel Buenaventura.
We will be going back to PV for christmas and i was thinking of picking the Casa Claudia and getting a 2 bedroom suite since it has a full kitchen. We will be bringing our 2 son's 20 & 18 and figured they could hang out at the Buenaventura since they have alot of activities going on by the pool and the beach.
Any suggestions?

We stayed there and LOVED it! You are so right about the beauty--the grounds are gorgeous and the property is maintained beautifully. The very pleasant owners are always there and very helpful and friendly. I would stay there again when we return to PV and I always recommend it to anyone who is looking for something other than all inclusive! If you have questions, please post again.

Hi Folks:
My fiance and I are thinking about Casa Claudia for our honeymoon. Unfortunately, the first week will be Easter week and I'm worried about the noise factor in PV then. I notice that Casa Claudia is in the northern part of the city. Do you think it is quieter up there?? Thanks for your help!

I know Easter can be *very* busy time in Puerto Vallarta because many Mexican people visit then too. Sometimes it's hard to get hotel reservations.
Casa Claudia is right in the Hotel Zone, so although north of "El Centro" (downtown proper) it certainly isn't out of town in any way. I'm not sure about the noise level specific to Easter.
Have you asked at the hotel? I know the owners there are supposed to be really nice and might be the best to advise on this.

B8, We have reservations for christmas. I really don't think you should be worried about noise, the pool and courtyard has a wall around it. When i visited the Casa i don't recall any noise problem. They have a web sight but if you want to see some better pictures check out Different World web sight, plus they will show you other small hotels.
