Cancun Dental Tourism
Not sure if this is appropriate but Id like to hear from anyone who has taken advantage of 'Dental Tourism' clinics in Mexico, Cancun preferrably but other positive destination experiences would be great. Can you recommend a specific one, pros and cons to your experience please.
Id like 1st or 2nd hand reviews, no fearmongering without facts please.
Thanks

There are dozens of dental offices in Playa del Carmen, of which I have dealt with two specifically.
Dentistry in Mexico is very competitive and prices are very reasonable, but it would be wise to check around and compare, depending on the area. From what I have heard and experienced , the clinics are clean, well equipped and very professional.

Thanks for your response. I'll check these tips out. One place in Cancun is offering free apartment accommodation for extensive work done, at least 10 day stay though I havent received their quote back yet.

A couple I know are down in Puerto Morelos right now getting work done, they did a trip earlier this year as well. I know it was mostly for fillings and a few crowns.
I personally have only had a cleaning done once in Puerto Vallarta and was very happy with how thorough the Dr. was, she even asked me to spell the name of one of my Rx meds so she could look it up.
