Cancun--Best All-Inclusive???

Hi!

What is the best all-inclusive resort (w/kids) that has the best water and beach? I have read good reviews about the Moon Palace Resort itself, but I keep reading about the bad beach and water. Not a possibility! I want a great beach and water to enjoy...not seaweed! This to me is the most important reason to go to Cancun...the beach and the water. If the resort beach is not good, why stay there???

Thanks for any insight!!!

PS...Stayed at the Fiesta Americana Grand Coral Beach last year without kids and loved the entire place (beach and all). Problem is, it can get spendy eating and drinking, especially with kids...hence all-inclusive this time around!

I would suggest the site locogringo.com I agree with kids AI is the way to go. There are many AI's particulary in the Mexican Rivera location which would suit your needs, and have a beautiful beach, activities for kids, family oriented.

We just got back from AI Cancun Palace. You did'nt say how old your kids are, but I think they would love this place and so would you. There is a variety of food to choose from and they have activities practically around the clock. Also you are close to everything, and the beach is beautiful.

Check out the Xpu-Ha Palace. It is part of the Palace chain. Beautiful beach, protected snorkeling area, it's in a natural preserve and they have a number of animals plus the food is great and service wonderful. It is south near Tulum.

If you do not want seaweed, do not go to Xpu-Ha. We had lunch there and the employees were hauling it out of the water with wheel barrows. Cancun Palace has a beautiful beach. Also, you have to walk so far to get anywhere at Xpu-Ha and right now it's too hot for that. Post a message when you get back.
