Bosque Del Cabo and CR on news last night

There was a segment on NBC last night about how farmer's in CR are getting subsidies to use their land to re-forest the country instead of growing coffee or raising cattle. In the segment, BdC was mentioned and the owners were interviewed. The whole piece was filmed in the Osa, as far as I could tell. Here's a link to the video:

If that link doesn't work, the video is called "Raising Trees Instead of Cattle in Costa Rica."

Sorry, I see it now. For some reason I always select just the "Costa Rica" posts and it wasn't being picked up. I always try to avoid duplicates, so sorry to re-hash something previously discussed.

No worries, it's all good. I never select a topic cause a lot of people don't select it when they make new posts & I don't want to miss out on anything

Thank you for posting. It is always good to have a back up for something as neat as that in case we miss the other post.

The beauty of Costa Rica and the intelligence and common sense of the people amaze me - too bad we do not have that in the USA!

Beautiful!
