Belize mainland resorts that might be accessible friendly

Does anyone know of a Cayo district resort that would be accessible for a 90 year old lady who walks with a cane?

I'm not an expert on that but here are links to 2 forums frequented by folks who might know (more than on this forum); search 1st, then ask:

What is your level of agility? Stairs? Inclines? What activities do you want to do? How far can you walk?

Try the San Ignacio Resort......they have plenty of rooms that require no stairs to reach the front door or the restaurant or bar....just ask them to book you on the main level. The food in the restaurant is excellent, so you don't need to go elsewhere for meals, and the pool is very easily accessible from the main level. A taxi to town is only a 2 minute ride.

Pool is two flights down from rooms and restaurant and entrance, but is a good option if this visitor can handle that many stairs
