All inclusive resorts in PDC

I am traveling to PDC this Memorial Day weekend and need advice. Can anyone recommend a clean, small all inclusive resort, adult only preferred, in PDC or close by for around $200/night? We would like something close to the beach and close to 5th avenue. We're also interested in taking a day trip to Cozumel to go snorkeling if anyone has recommendations there as well.

Thanks!

I originally thought about an AI for PDC, but after some research we decided to stay in a hotel with a kitchenette and enjoy the many restaurants in PDC. WE stayed in a small hotel (19 rooms) that was ON the beach, 1 block from PDC. If you book with them directly, I am pretty sure they include breakfast. We had the oceanfront room with 2 queen beds, kitchenette and GREAT patio. The hotel is Hotel Mimi del Mar.

The only semi AI's in PDC that are on the smaller side are Shangri La Caribe and Las Palapas neither of which are adults only. The adults only AI in PDC is the Royal Playa del Carmen. I also would recommend a hotel and eat out. There are many other AI's close to PDC in Playacar but they are not adults only either and some beaches in Playacar have been washed away. Small hotels in Playa that are on the beach are very nice, locally owned and the food to be had in Playa is wonderful. Playa Maya is also a great choice.

La Tortuga may be adult only. Not AI, but breakfast included.

Children have to be 16 and over. La Tortuga is very nice too.
