Adult only all inclusive Domincan Republic or Jamaica

Looking for an adult only all inclusive. We started out looking at Cancun but have decided to broaden the search to Dominican Republic and Jamaica. We are interested in a nice beach to relax, read, or play, 2 man sailboat/catamarans, good snorkeling. It doesn't have to be 5 star but we would like for it to be an ocean view room, clean, nice, inviting, and a great beach. Obviously we would like good food, but gourmet, fine dining, etc. are not the focus. We have looked at the Grand Bahia Principe Ambar in Dominican Republic and Couples Sans Soucie, Ocho Rios, Jamaica. Any input on these or similar adult all inclusives would be appreciated

There's a specific forum here devoted to the Caribbean. You'll get much better feedback if you post your questions there.

There is a big difference between Couples only and Adult's only, which one are you looking for or does it matter?

In Negril Jamaica look at Couples Negril and Sunset at the Palms. In Ocho Rios look at the Jewel Dunn's River. In Montego Bay look at the Iberostar and Secrets.

Instead of Cancun, look at the Playa del Carmen area. Much more resorts to choose from and more things to see and do off property.

The DR is not a favoirte and there are very few adult only resorts there. Look at the Iberostars, Secrects, Excellance and Majestic.

I'm learning the program here and I labeled the post with the wrong tag accidentally. The only way you can change it is to email Fodor's and they change it. I apologize for any inconvenience to you.

Good day milestogoneedadvice , I would be able to help you have a wonderful time in Jamaica. i do agree with KVR about a few of the recommended properties. Jewel Dunns river is beautiful. One of the best in the Ocho Rios area, newly renovated and its Adults only.
