It was indeed great fun, a great group. Even though it rained that first full day, it was fun sitting on the stairs and talking with everyone. Thanks to all who made the trek down there and here's looking to 2015!

Team Puma struck out, VG, but will try again! We may have scored a zero on puma sightings, but made up for it with excellent wildlife sightings and thousands of photos!
Day One with full group was a total deluge with 9" of rain, but it was fine as we all gathered in the restaurant area and swapped stories and got to know each other. Rest of the week was beautiful with rain showers once a day or so, but no problem and much cooler than here in Louisiana. The Golfo Dulce trail was pretty slippery and the walking stick was a real help on it. Sliding into the army ant columns was one adventure that I was happy to miss!
Tuna melts were awesome as were the chicken curry/avocado sandwiches....going through Bosque withdrawl right now....

I arrived back in Seattle safely at 2am this morning. I thoroughly enjoyed meeting all of you, my new friends, on this trip as well as revisting with old friends Tully and Shillmac (and hubby). I will attempt to post a brief trip report and photos as soon as time allows. Hanging on to the pura vida as long as possible...
