Zoom Airlines YYZ - CDG

Zoom airlines have seats (Premium - 36" pitch) from Toronto to Paris in October priced at $750 cdn. all in. This seems pretty good but I have heard nothing about Zoom. Any feedback?

I'll be watching this tread. I just got mine for early/mid Sept, economy seats for about 749 all inc - flying from YVR to CDG. Yours is pretty good deal but then again, you have a shorter flight than I do.

Standard or premium? What do you know about Zoom?

Economy - that would be standard. I know nothing either, except for good deals. They were once chartered airlines, and has been flying scheduled flights for some times. Ottawa-based Canadian company, I believe?

I've heard that Zoom is fine. But when there's a delay, it can be quite lengthy, given the small fleet. See here:

Well, that's making me somewhat nervous, as there seem to be more complaints than not.

I have flown with them a couple of times between YVR and LGW, I have no complaints. The were abould half the price of AC.

The AirlineQuality site has more complaints than not for every airline, at least airlines I've been interested in enough to check.

I thought most of the complaints listed were inconsequential, such as complaints of being seated next to a lap child, poor food, narrow seats, etc. because those are pretty well common to all coach class seats on any airline.
