Wombat hostel in Vienna

Hi, Anyone care to advise whether wombat hostel is in the ring? Is the location convenient for tourists? Thanks!

Wombat hostel is well hidden behind Westbahnhof, where trains from Germany and Switzerland arrives. You may walk to Schönbrunn, but Ringstrasse and the centre is half an hour walk away. It´s only 5 mins walk from trams and U-Bahn.
