Why is there 2 prices for the same apt?
In Booking.com, I often see 2 prices listed for the SAME apartment/hotel without any variation in details. Has anyone seen this and know why? For example, the below bedroom apartment has 2 prices displayed for the SAME apartment ($530 and $660) . I have seen this same 2 price showing up in other apartments as well.

Beats me without going through the whole reservation process.
Usually, price is a function of month, days of the week and the number of people.
Could be a provider error rather than a booking site error.
You did notice that while prices are quoted in dollars and euros, payment will be in HR Kroner, requiring a trip to the bank or many to the ATM.

Usually the higher price is for free cancellation and the other price is for an no-refunds rental. In this case, the conditions seem the same. Either there was a misprint, or there's something not stated. Why don't you send an email to the proprietor asking if the lower price allows free cancellation before a certain date. If it does, just rent at the lower price.

I use that website a lot and I would not say that I see that "a lot" but I do see it occasionally. I think it's just a matter of what deals they have with certain hotels which may vary depending on time period or how many rooms the hotel has left. Maybe one of the deals is set to expire the next day but hasn't yet.
I've never used it to look at apts, though, so I'll try that now, that looks like a good deal, actually. I suspect it's an error but who knows, isn't there some number you can call the service to ask about it? Because I would think it more likely it's the website's doing, not the owner.
