Which Paris BestWestern property to stay in Eiffel Tower area?

I am torn to choose between
i) Best Western Tour Eiffel Invalides @35, Boulevard De La Tour Maubourg
ii) Best WEstern Premier Eiffel Park Hotel @17 Bis Rue Amelie

If you were me, which property will you pick?

HELP! Leaving for Paris in less than 3 weeks. The hotels I had set my heart on are all fully booked.

My husband and I stayed at the first one in Oct, 2002 and LOVED it. It was only 2-3 blocks from the Eiffel Tower and only 1 block to the metro. I recommend the Tour Eiffel.

there is also a very yummy restaurant about 2 blocks down from the hotel that was great and not expensive - we ate there 2 nights for dinner. If you leave the front door of the hotel and turn right - go about 2 blocks it's on the same side of the street, on a corner. Then one more block down and the Eiffel tower!

I've gotta run right now, but check these on Tripadvisor. I believe the "Eiffel Park" may have mixed reviews. I'll check back...

I looked at TripAdvisor. The Tour Eiffel Invalides location only has 3 comments, and the 3rd one is really about a completely different hotel. The Eiffel Park has a lot of posts, some are not favorable but overall it sounds like it should be ok.

There are many "Best Western" properties in Paris - I looked up 3 more for comparison. These have mostly favorable reviews. A common theme seems to be to have good documentation of any price quotes and watch your billing when you sign out.

Random date for Room Rate (double) was Oct 12, 1 night, 2 people:
Tour Eiffel Invalides 149E
Eiffel Park 100E
-or-
Derby Eiffel 142E
Aramis St Germain 160E
Left Bank St Germain 190E

Thank you for all the comments and advice. I soooo appreciate it.

Choosing hotels has always been the most difficult part of the planning process.

Merci...

The hotel at 35 Blvd de la Tour-Maubourg is now a Timhotel; we stayed there several times years ago. It is a perfectly fine ***, close to the metro and many restaurants but quite a walk to the Tour Eiffel. Street side rooms on the top floors are the best. JP
