Which Hotel in Brussels?

We would like to visit Brussels and use our Marriott Points but I would like opinions on which property??

(1) Brussels Marriott Hotel
(2) Renaissance Brussels

Which is best for getting around the city ? and in a good part of town ?

Thanks

Are these the addresses for the 2 hotels?

Marriott
Rue Auguste Orts 3-7/Grand Place
Brussels, 1000 Belgium

Renaissance
Rue du Parnasse 19
Brussels, 1050 Belgium

If yes, then definitely the Marriott - it's very close to Grand Place. The Renaissance location is not convenient for sightseeing at all.

Adding to Denmal's question...

Which of these Brussels' hotels would you recommend for hotel quality and proximity to siteseeing, please? I can use points at any of them but tend to prefer Hilton for their weekend concierge lounges.

Marriott
Rue Auguste Orts 3-7/Grand Place
Brussels, 1000 Belgium

Hilton
Place Rogier 20
Brussels, Belgium,
1210

Hilton
38, Boulevard de Waterloo
Brussels, Belgium,
1000

Stayed at the Marriott a few years ago. It was a very nice hotel. I managed to arrive sick and so therefore had very little "sightseeing opportunity" but would recommend the hotel anyway!
