Where to meet at Schiphol Airport?

My friend and I will arrive at Schiphol one hour apart. She arrives Continental and I arrive United. Any suggestions on a good meeting place? Thanks.
Diane

If you want to meet after clearing customs then either meet at the Meeting Point (see the map - it is also clearly signposted) or the one who gets in first checks on the monitors which door the other one will be exiting from (probably the same one as the first one left through) and waits there for them. You can grab a cofee/bite to eat whilst you are waiting, and wander around the landside shops. Seems better than having your bag go to unclaimed baggage whilst waiting for your friend airside.

Right outside Customs in the main terminal is a Burger King with lots of tables to sit in and a natural meeting point

I've met at the Chapel/Praying Center on the upstairs floor, near business centre. Right around the corner are lounge chairs that you lie down in.

Or you could just keep an eye on the arrivals board and about 30 mins after last one arrives just wait outside the only Customs exit that plane's passengers must come out. Ask airport information nearby if need help figuring it out.

Somehow the idea of waiting where I could lie down on a louge chair sounds appealing.

Thanks all.
