Where to go for Christmas-New Year

I know it's a bit too early to ask this question, but I ve around 10 days of leave around the end of the year (24th December to 4th Jan) and was wondering what to do with them.

Any place in Europe that you can suggest, that wont be too cold to visit.

I stay in Kuala Lumpur, so I ll actually have to look at a 7 days itinerary (since will take me +1 day to reach & +1 day to come back)

I know it's too early to start planning, but I love planning holidays & since all the other holidays for the year have already been planned, I was itching to start on this one.

Thanks.

If you are talking about Christmas in Europe for 2008 it is not too early.

I have our apartment booked from 12-22 - 1-2 and our airfare, our muesum passes... and a general idea of what we will be doing.

Sasha - I need to know more about how many, what your budget is, what you like to do?

I am going to Paris. We will be spending 2 days, one night maybe in London.

If you could leave earlier I would do the Christmas markets maybe but you said the 24. You will run into what I did in that it is very quiet in most of Europe the 24/25/26.

Amsterdam seemed to have more open from what I read then other areas.

We opted for Paris for a variety of reasons...
