OK - your other thread says you'll be in Paris for New Years. Are you thinking of going somewhere else from Paris?
Just about every country in Europe has New Years celebrations - from fun local festivities, to major world-famous festivals.

"<i>just exploring my options.</i>" Well - your options are just about limitless. Where do you want to go? Wherever it is there will be New Years celebrations. Edinburgh - definitely (and amazing). Paris - yep. Munich, Vienna, Prague, Venice, Barcelona, Amsterdam - all of those and just about every other city will have NY parties/festivities.
