Where in Germany? (#2)
The first batch went well. Let's try five more. Can you guess where these pictures were taken in Germany?

They're getting easier for me - Ben
#16(guess) - Triberg?
#7 - Bamberg Rathaus - LOVE that building!
#8 - I dunno
#9 - not many would get this one - Church of St. Peter & Paul -Detwang
#10 - (guess) Is that the back of Kloster Ettal?
Guess where my favourite spot in the world is?

Since you LOVE the Rathaus in Bamberg it could be Bamberg - but being able to identify the church in Dewang leads me to believe you have spent a lot of time in Rothenburg o.d.T. - so I would guess one of those? Perhaps all of Bavaria?

#6 is a free hanging cuckoo clock (world's largest?) in St. Goar. Had me for a moment; I thought it looked like the middle Rhein, but the castle in the background isn't in ruins, which I thought Rheinfels should be. The view is the hotel at the end of the castle.

I knew Photo #10 might go unanswered for a while. Not a location typically visited by foreign visitors...
Photo #6 - St. Goar (Rheinfels in the background) (Larryincolorado first correct)
Photo #7 - Bamberg Rathaus (Aramis correct)
Photo #8 - Castle Prunn (Riedenburg) in the Altmühltal (Fadoinka correct)
Photo #9 - Church of St. Peter and Paul in Detwang (a suburb of Rothenburg o.d.T.)(Aramis correct)
Photo #10 - ? (clue - in Lower Saxony)

Thanks for the pictures, bavariaben. I'm happy to report that I recognized #6 (and I recognized 2 pics from the first batch) - and I haven't even been to Germany yet! But I have been doing a lot of research. BTW, thanks for your web page. It's a wealth of information. Peace, Robyn >-
