That's it Elizabeth...if you do it you must post a recipe! I still dream of it and I think we were told that parmesan is aged for decades (i think), whatever it is....it is too good for words..

Denise - we have very good parmesan but probably not quite what Cristina used. The trick is keeping it in liquid form in the ravioli! But as I mentioned she was very generous in explaining how she did it......have you seen the entire Glass blog post? We may have had the same meal

We love Cul-de-Sac! Had the very best lasagna I've ever eaten and the owner said it was a family recipe. We are also huge fans of Perilli-have never had any pasta dish there but the stuffed zucchini is incredible.

My husband had pasta with coda sauce at Perilli, and I had ravioli with tomato sauce. Both were good, but his was better.
