JSLee

I recall the name Lee from my time in McAllen, over 10 years ago now. Wouldn't that be funny! I was one of only (probably) 2 Aussies in the whole valley so you would remember me better I would guess.!!

Hello mimi, have really enjoyed the read. Born in France, moved to Canada to Summerside PEI, North Bay ON, Cold Lake AB then finally back to North Bay. North Bay is between two very different lakes, one shallow and sandy and the other deep and rocky, our home is on the shore of the deep and rocky. We have travelled to many Canadian points, USA, Germany, France, Switzerland and Austria. Here's a relocate question... We will never leave this place in summer, it is just too gorgeous, but have been scouting for winter retirement, any ideas? So far we have been advised to try Portugal or Greece. We plan to do some research trips, but would welcome any other ideas.

Yes, there are many European posters here if you read through you would have noticed. Experts? No, none of us are,, though you may think some give that impressian, but we do have a love and a curiosity for travel and understanding another culture

Hi everyone,
Born in Dearborn, Michigan, (Ford Motor Country!) - a suburb of Detroit - and still live here. I did live in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, for about 2 years during the 1980s.
