What Were they Offering in Prague?

We were in Prague last October and went to U Flecku. We had a great time and the dark beer was excellent but the waiters kept coming around trying to serve us a shot glass of something. People at the table next to us advised us not to take the offer. Just curious, does anyone know what liquor it was?

Becherovka, is quite good for lighting parrafin lamps and stripping paint.

I have a bottle here but even my alcohol immune body refuses to touch it.lol

Actually, if you find yourself coming down with a cold, drink about 3 shots of it (or Slivovice), and you should be instantly cured. I am not kidding... ;-)

I have a bottle of Becherovka from my trip to Prague.
If you like Bitters, Italian Amaro, or even Jaegermeister, you might like it. It's an herbal alchoholic drink. Not bad. Certainly worth a try.
