We just called this number for the Borghese and reserved by phone -0039 06 32810. They will give you a time to go and tell you to pick up your tickets 30 minutes earlier. We chose a 9:00 AM time (when they open) and were to told to be there at 8:30. They didn't open the ticket window until 8:50 (this WAS Italy...). Enjoy- it is worth going....
