What Play/Show in London?

I'm travelling to Cork and London in September and thought I'd try to see a show while I'm in London. Any suggestions?

I was just there in May with my mother and we saw Mamma Mia! We had a really great time. The story was engaging, the performances were spectacular and the staging was fantastic. I don't think you need to be an ABBA fan to enjoy this show.

I'm sure the cast is completely different, but I saw Art in May and it was fanatastic! I'd also recommend seeing something at the New Globe Theatre. The production I saw of Twelfth Night was very good, but the experience of being there in and of itself was thrilling.

Saw Mama Mia last week in London and loved it. The audience was on its feet clapping and cheering. The man sitting next to me said that the week prior, he had been in NY and had been unable to get even a single seat tix to this sold out show.

I totally agree with the others who suggested Mama Mia. What a great show! We got last minute tickets in the stalls from Global Tickets, based in New York. Was worth every penny! Have fun.

We just got back from London and saw My Fair Lady and Twelfth Night at the new Globe Theatr. We enjoyed them both, especially Twelfth Night.

I've seen Mamma Mia twice in London and loved it both times - it's a real ahppy kind of show. Also recommend My Fair Lady, excellent show, excellent cast.<BR>We saw The Full Monty also in London, it was cute, but not great. Chicago is also very entertaining.

We loved The Complete Works of Shakespheare - Abridged. It's all 37 plays in 92 minutes...or some such lunacy! Can't remember when I have laughed so hard!

Unfortunately, Buddy is no longer playing. Has been gone for about 6 months.

We really enjoyed My Fair Lady last week, and Kiss me Kate a couple of months ago.
